The deep red, two-story Bunkhouse where Dominique was arrested is a homeless shelter privately operated by Sgt. Many of the men with ties to Terrebonne and Lafourche relied on bicycles for transportation. The transient lifestyles attributed to some of them included occasional arrests and drug habits sometimes supported by homosexual prostitution. The men, whose ages average in the mid-20s, were not found where they had been killed, but were dumped in remote areas.Īuthorities have said half – including Reed and Lebanks – were found partially dressed or lacking shoes. Dominique has lived in several of the parishes where bodies were found prior to moving to his last known address at 2215 Bayou Blue Road, but authorities released no specifics.Īll of the deaths, many of which were caused by asphyxiation, investigated by the task force shared certain similarities.
