

(If you are on a budget, be prepared for unexpected authorizations) When I contacted Charlene she stated “you’re the one that chose to leave.” To which I responded “because your property is disgusting.” She then blamed the recent takeover again. The next day, there was a charge of $135.XX in addition to the $195.XX and $69.XX. When I checked out to change hotels, she gave me a receipt that said I was charged $58.XX when I was actually charged $69.xx. After explaining to her that I swiped the card in the hotel, she stated she would refund $135.XX. She advised since I used a 3rd party (Choice Hotels website) to book, she couldn’t refund me. When I contacted the manager, Charlene, she was unapologetic and blamed the filth on a recent Management change. She advised to talk to Management the next morning. I phoned the front desk and asked how to cancel the remaining 2 nights.

We found the room to be disgusting and in terrible disrepair. Booked a 3 night stay and arrived very late after a 4+ hour drive.
